Introduction

These rules are the official and public offering of Prime Mining, acting in agreement with the Company, on the one hand, and the individual investor. This amounts to concluding the agreement in accordance with international law. These rules come into effect on the date of the investor's registration on the Prime Mining program website and acceptance of the terms and conditions. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

Eligibility

Any individual or company from any country can open an account on the website. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. You agree that all information, communications, materials from Prime Mining are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Further, the information, communications and materials contained herein should not be construed as an offer, nor a solicitation of investment in any jurisdiction that deems any non-public offer or solicitation unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offers or solicitations offer or solicitation.

Access, benefits and obligations

You must register as a Member to access certain features of the Website. You are obligated to provide only complete and accurate information about yourself when registering as a Member or updating your Registration Data. The interest rate depends on the investment package you select while each investment package allows you to invest different amounts.

Prohibited Transactions.

Using the Services for transfers related to the following is prohibited, and PrimeMining reserves the right to monitor for transactions that relate to:

• Wash trading, front-running, insider trading, market manipulation or other forms of market-based fraud or deceit
• Purchasing goods of any type from Darknet markets, or any other service or website that acts as a marketplace for illegal goods (even though such marketplace might also sell legal goods)
• Money laundering
• Terrorist financing

Compliance Monitoring; Violations of this Policy.

We encourage you to contact us if you believe you may be in violation of this AUP. We reserve the right, per the terms of the User Agreement to take any corrective action (with or without notice to you) as we deem necessary to mitigate our risk or ensure compliance with this AUP, including but not limited to:

1. blocking or withholding a transaction;
2. holding funds associated with a prohibited transaction;
3. suspending, restricting, or terminating your use of the Services,
4. subjecting you to applicable fines, assessment, expenses and fees;
5. taking legal action against you; or
6. reporting information to law enforcement authorities.
